We are hiring a Concierge for our luxury resort in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting them with their needs and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Provide information about the resort facilities, services and local area attractions
• Make reservations for dining, tours, spa treatments and other activities
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized concierge desk area
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
• Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and following up on any requests or concerns

Requirements

• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1100 per month

City: El-Ain, Egypt

Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements.
