An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Service Assistant to join The Sport and Leisure team at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam. The main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general assistance to enhance their experience.
  • Monitor and manage guest queues to ensure smooth entry flow.
  • Guide guests to appropriate queues or entry points to reduce wait times.
  • Respond promptly to guest emergencies or incidents, following protocols.
  • Address guest complaints, concerns, or conflicts professionally and empathetically.
  • Resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Higher Secondary Certificate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
