Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi is hiring for a Non-Management, Full-Time role in Food and Beverage & Culinary. You will assist other departments, maintain cleanliness, and ensure guests receive attentive, courteous service according to luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Assist other departments to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Read and verify information, and operate computers and POS systems.
• Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and report incidents.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate service needs, and provide courteous assistance.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects ≤10 pounds.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
