Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. is seeking a full-time non-management team member in Abu Dhabi to greet guests, seat them, and guide dining room service with a focus on exceptional hospitality.

You will ensure current menus, maintain a clean work area, and uphold safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include assisting guests, coordinating seating for groups, and upholding The Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards through professional communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and determine the number in their party; seat guests by finding a clean, available table and presenting the menu.
• Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance.
• Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings and organize seating for groups with special needs.
• Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and monitor dining room for seating, safety and guest wellbeing.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Stand or walk for extended periods and handle objects up to 10 pounds as required.
