Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Experience with MS Office or similar software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for guests by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
• Enter and update information in computer databases and POS systems.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using standard office software.
• Follow all hotel policies, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets.
