Summary

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Concierge is responsible for assisting with concierge-related services such as restaurant reservations, booking city tours, recommending tourist spots, and contributing to the smooth and efficient running of the Concierge department within the Rooms Division.

Arabic / Russian speakers are preferred.
