Job description

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Female Guest Service Agent to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Guest Service Agent you will be the first point of contact for our guests ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable from check-in to check-out.

  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival providing a warm and professional first impression
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously either in person or over the phone
  • Assist guests with room reservations upgrades and special arrangements
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and work towards satisfactory resolutions
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities services and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean organized and presentable at all times
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports and maintaining guest records

Qualifications :
