Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
  2. Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  3. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
  4. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  5. Maintain accurate guest records and process payments
  6. Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience
