As a Guest Service Agent, you are the face of the hotel responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring every interaction reflects excellence and professionalism. Your role is key in ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience.
Education:
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is preferred
Experience:
- Previous front desk or customer service experience in a luxury hotel is an advantage
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in OperaCloud and Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Knowledge of Sharjah’s local attractions and guest services
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Professional demeanor with cultural awareness for international guests
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking capability
