We’re Hiring: Guest Service Agent

Location: Naama Beach Villas & Spa – Fujairah, UAE

Employment Type: Full-time

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and love working in a luxury hospitality environment? Naama Beach Villas & Spa – Fujairah is looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm, friendly manner and assist with check-in/ check-out procedures
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records
Stay up-to-date on hotel products, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively
Upsell services and promote special packages when appropriate
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on room availability and pricing
Manage room reservations and respond to guest inquiries both in person and via phone/email

Qualifications:

Previous experience in front office (1 year minimum preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in hotel booking systems and MS Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Fluency in English; Arabic & Russian is a plus
