We are currently looking for dynamic, and self-motivated Front Office professionals who want to move their careers forward.

Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Agent, you are responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Offering consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service
  • Giving a warm welcome and checking in guests according to established SOPs
  • Checking out departing guests following established standards
  • Selling rooms to walk-in guests and managing daily facilities issues
  • Handling cash inventory, cheques, and bills of exchange in foreign currencies as per the credit policy
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments such as Housekeeping, Finance, and Reservations
  • Ensuring the Guest Service Desk is always manned, operational, and stocked
  • Maintaining guest privacy by safeguarding their details
  • Having a thorough understanding of hotel policies, procedures, service standards, and hotel facilities
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Ideally, you should have a hospitality degree and previous experience in a Front Office role within a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English skills, knowledge of an additional language, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essential. Computer literacy and experience with Opera are advantageous.
