Qualifications

• Personnalité orientée service est essentielle.
• Expérience dans un hôtel 4* ou expérience pertinente dans l'industrie hôtelière.
• La maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'arabe est requise.

Responsibilities

• Accueillir, enregistrer, répondre aux demandes et régler les comptes tout en offrant un service exceptionnel.
• Prendre l'initiative d'ajouter une expérience personnalisée.
• Promouvoir les installations de l'hôtel et rechercher des opportunités pour améliorer le séjour des clients.

Guest Service Agent
First impressions are everything! As a Guest Service Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Service-focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera / Opera Cloud or a related system.
• Fluency in English & Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's or diplomas/certifications are required.
• Worked in a 4* hotel or relevant experience in the hotel industry is a must.
