We are currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated Front Office professionals who want to advance their careers.

Responsibilities

As a Guest Service Agent, you are responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service.
  • Give a warm welcome and check in guests following established SOPs.
  • Check out departing guests according to standards.
  • Sell rooms to walk-in guests and manage daily facilities issues proactively.
  • Handle cash inventory, process cheques and bills of exchange in foreign currencies in line with credit policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from all departments, especially Housekeeping, Finance, and Reservations.
  • Ensure the Guest Service Desk is always manned, operational, and stocked to serve guests effectively.
  • Maintain guest privacy by safeguarding all guest details.
  • Understand and adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and service standards; be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and events.
Skills, Education & Experience

Ideally, candidates should hold a hospitality degree with prior experience in a Front Office role within a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential, with additional language proficiency being advantageous. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required. Computer literacy and experience with Opera are preferred.

Knowledge & Competencies
