Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in facility management, with at least 1 year in a luxury 5-star hotel.
  • At least 2 years hands-on experience as a Guest Room Technician or similar role.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms and corridors, including carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works.
  2. Ensure all hardware and appliances are functional, repairing carpets, upholstery, furniture, filters, light fixtures, grout, and caulking as needed.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and safety of all guest rooms according to standards.
  4. Follow preventative maintenance checklists and report safety hazards promptly.
  5. Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies, including SOP & LSOP.
  6. Create a safe work environment, striving for an accident-free workplace.
Qualifications
  • Technical Trade Course Certificate in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanics, HVAC-R, or related fields.
  • Vocational Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in facility management, with at least 1 year in a luxury 5-star hotel.
  • At least 2 years hands-on experience as a Guest Room Technician or similar role.
