Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms and corridors, including carpentry, mechanics, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works.
- Ensure all hardware and appliances are functional, repairing carpets, upholstery, furniture, filters, light fixtures, grout, and caulking as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of all guest rooms according to standards.
- Follow preventative maintenance checklists and report safety hazards promptly.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies, including SOP & LSOP.
- Create a safe work environment, striving for an accident-free workplace.
Qualifications
- Technical Trade Course Certificate in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanics, HVAC-R, or related fields.
- Vocational Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
- Technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing.
- Minimum 3 years experience in facility management, with at least 1 year in a luxury 5-star hotel.
- At least 2 years hands-on experience as a Guest Room Technician or similar role.
