Accor is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to ensure flawless service with meticulous attention to detail. The role involves cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, patios, and replenishing amenities while maintaining a courteous, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as housekeeping attendant.
• Writing, reading & oral proficiency in the English language
• Must be well presented and professionally groomed at all times
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Clean guest rooms: floors, walls, furniture, cupboards.
• Clean patio and furniture; restock linen and amenities.
• Strip and remake beds according to hotel standards.
• Check and replace hotel collateral and stationery.
• Attend to guest requests and inform supervisor of defects.
• Keep trolleys, cubby holes, and linen caddies tidy.
• Be polite and provide professional, friendly service.
• Inform supervisor of guest feedback.
