Key Responsibilities:

1. Transfers incoming calls promptly to the appropriate extension.
2. Assists guests to make long-distance calls by instructing them on the appropriate procedures and/or placing calls for them.
3. Responds to customers’ questions regarding the hotel, in-house facilities, and local events.
4. Takes and delivers accurate and complete messages.
5. Accepts, records, and executes wake-up calls, ensuring the guest is awakened as requested.

Requirements:

1. Experience in guest relations beneficial but not essential.
2. Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
3. Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
4. Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
5. Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
6. Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
