Position Summary
The Guest Relations Executive plays a vital role in delivering a world-class guest experience within the golf clubhouse. This role serves as the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a warm welcome, seamless service, and prompt assistance throughout their visit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably within the hospitality or golf industry, and exhibit professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all guests and members upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
- Ensure guests are assisted efficiently with check-in/check-out procedures, locker assignments, and general inquiries.
- Coordinate with Golf Operations, F&B, and Concierge teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage guest bookings, tee time confirmations, and service requests using club systems.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with discretion and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of club facilities, services, events, and promotions.
- Proactively gather and record guest feedback to enhance service quality.
- Ensure the clubhouse reception area is well-organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist in maintaining guest/member records and databases with up-to-date contact details and preferences.
- Support the planning and execution of guest-focused events, tournaments, or VIP visits.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a guest relations, front office, or hospitality role; experience in a golf club or luxury environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally friendly and approachable demeanor.
- High level of professionalism, grooming, and etiquette.
- Proficient in using MS Office, CRM systems, and booking/reservation platforms.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and courtesy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts as per operational needs.
