Job summary

Qualifications

Job Description
  1. Perform check-in/out of guests using Opera Cloud.
  2. Welcome and greet guests, answer inquiries, and incoming calls.
  3. Prepare occupancy and guest reports.
  4. Maintain group and individual arrival reports daily.
  5. Inform guests of hotel rates and services; create, cancel, and confirm reservations.
  6. Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
  7. Liaise with housekeeping to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to meet guest needs.
Qualifications
  • Work experience in UAE as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
