Qualifications
- Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or similar role in UAE.
- Proficiency in Opera cloud and Microsoft.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform check IN/OUT of guests using Opera cloud.
- Greet guests and answer inquiries/telephone calls.
- Prepare occupancy and guests report.

- Maintain group and individual arrival report daily.

- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean tidy and fullyfurnished to accommodate guests needs
Qualifications :
