Qualifications

Job Description

  • Perform check-in and check-out of guests using Opera Cloud.
  • Welcome and greet guests, answer inquiries, and handle incoming calls.
  • Prepare occupancy and guest reports.
  • Maintain daily group and individual arrival reports.
  • Inform guests of hotel rates and services; create, cancel, and confirm reservations.
  • Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to meet guests’ needs.

Qualifications

  • Work experience in the UAE as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
