Guest Relations Executive - Russian Speaker

- We are seeking a Russian-speaking Guest Relations Executive to make our clients feel welcome and ensure their pleasant and comfortable stay.
- Responsibilities include greeting clients, coordinating check-ins, informing them about hotel facilities, and ensuring excellent customer service from front-desk staff.
- Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, are familiar with hotel procedures, and possess strong communication skills to resolve issues promptly.
- Ultimately, you will manage guest services and uphold the hotel’s image by ensuring guest satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide upscale guest service throughout the stay.
- Greet clients upon arrival and oversee check-in/out procedures.
- Coordinate luggage handling and ensure room readiness.
- Address guest requests and resolve complaints.
- Offer personalized services to special guests.
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff, follow up on concerns.
- Inform guests about hotel amenities and promote services.
- Manage the guest relations team, appraise performance, and produce reports.
- Coordinate with operational departments to ensure guest comfort.
- Analyze feedback to improve ratings and recommend local attractions.
- Build relationships with regular clients.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of hotel management best practices and relevant laws.
- Experience with Hotel Management software (PMS).
- Fluency in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
- Flexibility to work hours as needed.
- Professional appearance and sense of responsibility.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
