Your Day to Day

As a Guest Relations Executive, your day is all about creating those “wow” moments that turn a good stay into an unforgettable one. You’ll welcome guests with genuine warmth, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and ensure every guest feels like a VIP, whether they’re staying for one night or one month. You'll proactively engage with guests throughout their journey, handling requests and resolving concerns swiftly, always with a smile and a personal touch.

You’ll be responsible for curating meaningful guest experiences; from organizing surprise celebrations to recommending hidden gems around the city. You’ll track guest preferences, follow up on feedback, and collaborate with our other departmental teams to ensure every detail is just right. Think of yourself as part host, part concierge, part problem-solver, and 100% dedicated to making guests feel seen and valued.

What We Need from You

We're all about personality, not uniforms, and we want someone who brings their whole self to work. If you’ve got a natural flair for hospitality, a sharp eye for detail, and the confidence to own the guest experience from check-in to fond farewell, we’d love to meet you. Previous experience in guest relations or front office within a lifestyle hotel environment is a plus, but what really matters is your passion for people and your ability to connect authentically.
