Work Locations

A Guest Relations Executive is responsible for making the guest feel at home by extending a warm welcome, assisting guests to sit, and giving them a warm send-off. The role involves providing the highest level of guest satisfaction through all interactions.

What will I be doing?

As a Guest Relations Executive, you are responsible for serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You should have extensive knowledge of menu offerings. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Managing guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner
  • Ensuring knowledge of menu and all products
  • Following correct reporting procedures if faced with issues
  • Practicing Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
  • Assisting callers courteously and promptly, taking messages as necessary, ensuring they are legible and accurate, and passing them on to the appropriate person without delay
  • Having a good knowledge of the restaurant's seating arrangements
  • Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation

A Guest Relations Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and collaborating with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate:

  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Flexibility to respond to various work situations
  • Ability to work independently or in teams

It would be advantageous if you also demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Degree in a relevant area
  • Experience in Food and Beverage department and/or industry
  • Previous experience with cash handling
  • Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
