A Guest Relations Executive directly addresses the needs of VIP and long-stay Guests and informs other Team Members of VIP/long-stay Guest needs to ensure an exceptional Guest experience.

What will I be doing?

As Guest Relations Executive, you will:

  • Meet, greet, and direct Guests entering the lobby
  • Serve as the main contact for VIP Guests and inform hotel departments of their requirements
  • Gather verbal feedback from guests regularly and respond promptly to all queries
  • Act as a point of contact for long-stay Guests (14 days or longer), ensuring they feel comfortable and informed
  • Manage, record, and resolve Guest complaints efficiently
  • Maintain high customer service standards in Reception, Lobby, and Level45
  • Understand all hotel facilities and services, and identify opportunities for up-selling and promotion
  • Contribute ideas for lobby/reception decoration to enhance guest experience during seasonal periods
  • Communicate with the Level45 Manager to track and reward guest loyalty and creativity, selecting rewards within budget
  • Maintain good communication and relationships across hotel departments
  • Manage staffing levels to meet business demands
  • Attend all relevant meetings
  • Follow hotel security, fire, health, and safety regulations
  • Use property management systems and front-of-house equipment in accordance with policies
  • Assist other departments as needed
