About the Job:

We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive 3 to join the Margaux team at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam. Key responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring the hostess desk or door is always staffed to welcome guests warmly and promptly.
2. Scheduling dining reservations and coordinating parties or special services following Restaurant Reservations SOP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
3. Handling restaurant enquiries and bookings professionally using the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist.
4. Greeting guests, escorting them as needed, and familiarizing yourself with the menu to answer queries confidently.
5. Addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly, ensuring positive outcomes and gathering feedback for service improvement.
6. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of in-house services and local information to assist guests effectively.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or secondary education.
• 1-2 years of guest service experience in a 5-star hotel, preferably in Casual/All Day Dining.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
