Job summary

A prestigious hotel company in Dubai seeks a Guest Relations officer to enhance guest experiences. Responsibilities include responding to requests, managing VIP arrivals, and promoting hotel amenities. Relevant experience and a degree in hospitality management are preferred. Proficiency in German is a plus. This role requires strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience as Guest Relations or similar is an asset.
  • Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening.
  • Proficiency in German language will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to questions from guests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Anticipate guests' unstated needs and react promptly to inquiries.
  • Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of VIP guests.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Relevant experience as Guest Relations or similar is an asset

  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
  • Proficiency in German languagewill be advantageous
