Job summary

A prestigious hotel company in Dubai seeks a Guest Relations officer to enhance guest experiences. Responsibilities include responding to requests, managing VIP arrivals, and promoting hotel amenities. Relevant experience and a degree in hospitality management are preferred. Qualifications

• Relevant experience as Guest Relations or similar is an asset.
• Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening.
• Proficiency in German language will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions from guests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Anticipate guests' unstated needs and react promptly to inquiries.
• Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of VIP guests.
