A Guest Relations Agent engages with our VIP Guests throughout their entire hospitality experience. From check-in to check-out, the Guest Relations Agent is always prepared to respond to VIP Guest requests at the concierge, during promotional activities, and more.

What will I be doing?

As a Guest Relations Agent, you will serve on the Front Office Team, which is the main connection between the Guest, the hotel, and various hotel departments. You will influence the first impressions of our VIP Guests and be responsible for:

  • Checking VIP guest arrival reports and coordinating with Housekeeping on room allocations
  • Managing special room assignments and suite occupancies
  • Welcoming and assisting with the check-in process of VIP Guests, including escorting them to their rooms
  • Ensuring VIP rooms meet quality standards and include all requested amenities before arrival
  • Managing the Guest Relations Desk in the hotel lobby
  • Serving as the main point of contact for VIP guests and briefing hotel departments on their requirements
  • Maintaining the inventory of guest amenities
  • Staying informed about hotel products, services, pricing, promotional offers, and VIP events
