Guest Relations Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Executive to join Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island Abu Dhabi.

What you will be doing:

1. Provide exceptional service to guests and maintain the overall efficiency of set standards.
2. Respond to guest questions, needs, and desires; follow up to ensure satisfaction.
3. Anticipate and respond promptly to guest requirements and inquiries.
4. Actively listen and resolve guest complaints.
5. Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of VIP guests.
6. Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff.
7. Promote amenities, conveniences, and programs offered.

Qualifications:

Your experience and skills include:

1. Relevant experience in Guest Relations or similar roles is an asset.
2. Diploma or BS degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
3. Proficiency in English; German or Russian is a must.
4. Excellent problem resolution, communication, and active listening skills.
5. Ability to work flexible hours.
6. Highly responsible, reliable, and professional presentation.
