Job summary

Towers Rotana in Dubai is seeking a friendly Housekeeping Order Taker to coordinate communications in the Housekeeping Office and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will manage calls, messages, Lost & Found, and print daily discrepancy reports from Opera, while helping with payroll attendance and guest services in a multi-cultural team.

Strong English, a hospitality background, and computer literacy are required; Opera experience is a plus, and a diploma in hospitality will help.

Qualifications

• Diploma or vocational training in hospitality.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Computer literacy; Opera experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all communications in the Housekeeping Office.
• Record and disseminate messages promptly.
• Manage Lost & Found processes.
• Maintain housekeeping files and reports.
• Print room discrepancy reports from Opera for daily review.
• Arrange babysitting for guests and payroll attendance sheets.
• Keep the Housekeeping Office clean and organized.
• Submit monthly payroll attendance as required.
