Job summary

Emirates seeks cabin crew who shine, adapt to any situation and put customers at ease. As the face of Emirates, you’ll be the person customers turn to for help and direction when they fly with us, so you need to be friendly, observant and able to provide the right support.

Based in Dubai, you’ll lead onboard services, safety procedures and security, backed by world-class training at our state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Minimum high school qualification.
• Height 160 cm, reach 212 cm.
• No visible tattoos in Emirates cabin crew uniform.

Responsibilities

• Lead aircraft services, security and safety procedures with confidence.
• Provide friendly, observant support and direction to customers.
• Represent Emirates as the face of the airline and ensure exceptional onboard service.
