Ideal candidates bring previous F&B or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as an F&B attendant or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail in order taking, food and beverage service, and table setup.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
• Knowledge of different types of cuisine and basic food and beverage pairing.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and ability to operate a POS system.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations in a dining environment.

Aufgaben

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on their preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with proper plating and presentation.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond to requests for additional items or condiments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Monitor tables and clear plates, refill drinks as needed.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle cash and card transactions following cash handling procedures.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning dining areas.
