Job summary

Hilton in Dubai is seeking a hotel-focused F&B teammate for a full-time on-site role. You will support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events, delivering warm guest service and accurate order taking.

You will also set tables, fold napkins, and maintain a clean, safe dining environment in line with health and alcohol guidelines. Communication with guests and knowledge of beverages and service standards are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support all F&B operations: Work across bar, restaurant, room service, and events
• Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure a consistently high level of service
• Prepare tables with precision: Set and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins, and cleaning and placing tableware
• Ensure cleanliness and safety: Keep work areas clean and organized
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
