The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a newly opened hotel cluster, is seeking an experienced Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team!

Located in Dubai’s Business Bay area, near the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Jumeirah Beach, and other major attractions, our hotel features 275 rooms, 120 serviced apartments, F&B outlets, and meeting facilities.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

As Guest Experience Supervisor, you will work under the general direction of the Rooms Manager, following IHG and hotel policies. Your role involves interacting with guests and the community, managing daily Front Office operations, and supporting Guest Experience Specialists to deliver excellent service. You will ensure the lobby functions as the main engagement point for guests, overseeing guest preferences and entitlements according to Brand Standards. Establish effective communication channels across departments to enhance guest service and hotel operations.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

We value personality, originality, creativity, focus, and a passion for delivering outstanding results both individually and as a team. Previous supervisory experience in a similar role, managing guest expectations, and driving team performance is required. Excellent English communication skills are essential; additional languages are preferred. Strong relationship-building skills are a plus.
