Responsibilities

• Take orders, serve with precision, and ensure every guest feels genuinely looked after.
• Be the face and name guests will remember.
• Know the menu inside out—ingredients, preparation and pairings—and confidently recommend and upsell when appropriate.
• Read the table and adapt to mood and pace, recording guest preferences so nothing is lost.
