La Petite Maison (LPM) in Dubai is seeking a Junior Receptionist to greet guests, seat them, and set the tone for their visit with a warm hello. You will handle bookings, assist regulars and special occasions, and support service flow while maintaining guest information confidentiality.

The role requires hospitality experience, a warm interpersonal manner, organisation under pressure, and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience in hospitality.
• Fluent English. Other languages are a plus.
• Organised and calm under pressure.
• Comfortable with booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests warmly.
• Handle bookings and enquiries professionally.
• Look after regulars and special occasions.
• Support the flow of the restaurant during service.

• Work closely with the floor and reservations teams.
