Job summary

Swiss Connect Solutions in Abu Dhabi is seeking a confident, well-presented Waitress to join our restaurant team and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

You will greet guests, take orders, serve dishes and beverages, maintain table cleanliness, and provide menu information. English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage. Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality/customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Flexible with schedule: evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and welcome them to the restaurant.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
• Serve dishes and beverages professionally and promptly.
• Maintain tables to a high standard of cleanliness and setup.
• Provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials.
• Upsell food and beverage items when appropriate.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.
• Maintain grooming, hygiene, and professional presentation at all times.
• Ensure a high standard of guest service throughout service.
