Job summary

kaavi Recruitment consultancy is seeking staff to warmly greet guests, escort them to tables, and present menus in a fast-paced dining environment in Dubai. You will explain specials, answer questions, and suggest popular pairings to enhance the guest experience.

Role includes accurate order taking via POS, delivering meals and beverages, clearing tables, and maintaining dining areas. You’ll monitor guest satisfaction, handle requests or complaints, and manage payments and daily side-work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests warmly, escort them to tables, and present food and beverage menus.
• Explain daily culinary specials, answer ingredient questions, and suggest popular food pairings.
• Record food and drink orders precisely using digital POS systems or order pads.
• Deliver prepared culinary courses and beverage orders promptly to the correct tables.
• Clear soiled plates, wipe down tables, and replenish dining utensils throughout the meal.
• Monitor guest satisfaction continuously to handle specific requests, complaints, or spills efficiently.
• Present final guest bills, process cash or card payments accurately, and return change.
• Complete daily side-work duties including polishing glassware, folding napkins, and restocking service stations
