Job summary

Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas in Abu Dhabi is seeking dynamic Recreation Attendants to maintain pool areas and health club cleanliness while assisting guests with warm, professional service. You will help tour potential members and uphold high hygiene standards in a fast-paced, multicultural hotel setting.

The role requires a health-conscious, outgoing individual with English proficiency and the ability to work long hours outdoors across a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or vocational training in sports/leisure is preferred.
• Ability to swim is a must.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours outdoors.
• Good command of English and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure swimming pools and the health club area are clean at all times and report maintenance.
• Keep sun lounges clean and debris-free during operation.
• Sweep pool deck, hose down, and arrange furniture in the morning.
• Provide guest assistance on arrival to Bodylines.
• Assist with cleaning of all areas of the operation.
• Give tours to potential new members and explain prices and facility details.
• Check changing rooms for litter and keep them clear.
• Report guest complaints to superiors immediately.
• Observe high standards of personal hygiene.
