Responsibilities

• Oversee reservation, payment and tracking for recreation facilities.
• Issue and retrieve locker keys and towels.
• Post charges; perform accounting procedures.
• Promote all gym and spa services.
• Follow all departmental rules and safety regulations.
• Ensure cleanliness and order of locker facilities.
• Oversee gym reception area, pool and surrounding area.
• Address guest inquiries accurately and confidently.
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle cashiering.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
