Job summary

The First Group Hospitality is seeking a Fitness & Recreation Attendant to maintain the club’s facilities to luxury standards in Abu Dhabi. You will clean, dust, sanitise, and prepare areas for guest use while coordinating with housekeeping and other departments. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Experience in luxury hospitality and strong attention to detail will help you excel in this role, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or related roles.
• Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or private clubs is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning, hygiene and presentation standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality mindset.
• Professional, reliable, punctual, discreet and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain fitness and recreation spaces to luxury standards.
• Ensure areas are clean, presentable and well-organised for guests.
• Coordinate with other hotel teams to support operations.
• Follow health, safety, and chemical-handling procedures.
• Support opening, closing and periodic cleaning tasks.
• Maintain schedules, checklists and incident reports.
