Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in guest services/front desk or related area.
• OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest services teams and manage daily operations.
• Handle guest issues, disputes and service recovery.
• Develop goals and plans to prioritise work and achieve targets.
• Oversee front desk and guest relations to ensure high service standards.
