Guest Experience Manager
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office team in preparing for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation and checks traces for any special requests of the guests.
- Provide a warm welcome to the guests and oversee VIP arrivals and departures.
- Keep an updated record of the guests' information in the system and handle complaints and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5-star hotel setting.
- Knowledge in Opera system.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
