Guest Experience Intern

Pullman Dubai Downtown is a cosmopolitan 5-star hotel located in the Business Bay district, close to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Downtown area.

Our 340 stylishly designed rooms and suites offer views of the Burj Khalifa, Canal, and Business Bay district.

We are seeking a Guest Experience Intern to join the team at Pullman Dubai Downtown. Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will provide friendly, helpful, and responsive service to our guests from arrival to departure.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Mastering check-ins, check-outs, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
2. Using hotel booking software efficiently, becoming proficient with digital tools.
3. Supporting various departments such as housekeeping and food & beverage.
4. Participating in team meetings to brainstorm ways to improve guest experiences.
5. Assisting across hotel functions and striving to be a Pullman's Progress Champion.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field from a reputable international hospitality school.
