We are looking for a Guest Experience intern to join the team at Pullman Dubai Downtown. Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing a naturally friendly, helpful, and responsive level of service to all our guests from arrival to departure.
You will be expected to:
Become a front desk genius mastering the art of check-ins, check-outs, and turning guests into raving fans!
Dive into the digital realm of hotel booking software, becoming a tech-savvy hospitality hero.
Channel your inner self by supporting various departments from housekeeping to food and beverage and beyond!
Join forces with your fellow interns in epic team meetings brainstorming ways to make guest experiences unforgettable.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree program from a reputed International Hospitality School.
