Job Description

We are seeking a Guest Experience Intern to join the team at Pullman Dubai Downtown. Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will provide friendly, helpful, and responsive service to all guests from arrival to departure.

You will be expected to:

1. Master check-ins, check-outs, and enhance guest satisfaction.
2. Become proficient with hotel booking software and digital tools.
3. Support various departments, including housekeeping and food & beverage.
4. Participate in team meetings to brainstorm ways to improve guest experiences.
5. Assist across all hotel functions and strive to be a Pullman's Progress Champion.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field from a reputed international hospitality school.
