Job summary

DEAL Holding Group seeks a friendly Host/Hostess to warmly welcome guests, manage arrivals, and support seating and reservations. You will greet guests, guide them to tables, hand menus, and coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth front-of-house flow.

The role emphasizes presentation, accurate reservation handling, and proactive guest communication in a fast-paced venue. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a host / hostess, reception, guest-facing, or front-of-house role within hospitality, restaurant, café, or hotel environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and confident guest-facing manner.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally on arrival and acknowledge departing guests courteously.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists accurately across approved booking channels and systems.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus where required, ensuring a smooth handover to the service team.
• Coordinate closely with managers and the service team to ensure smooth seating flow and balanced section management.
• Maintain the host stand, entrance, and waiting area in a clean, organized, and guest-ready condition throughout service.
