Job summary

Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi is seeking a guest service professional with 1–2 years of experience in premium hospitality or F&B. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with inquiries, and ensure smooth check-in and dining experiences in a luxury hotel setting.

You should be adept with cash handling, POS systems, and uphold our brand standards while collaborating with a team to deliver memorable service during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage or premium hospitality environments (hotel experience preferred).
• Warm, approachable personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with POS systems, billing procedures and cash handling
• Uphold brand standards and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and ensuring smooth service during peak hours
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
