POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their entire stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing local highlights, the Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

No matter the position, there are key elements critical to success: creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional appearance and communication. Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and taking a hands-on approach to work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance). Excelling in these responsibilities (and other reasonable duties as requested) is essential to deliver excellent service to our guests and support our business every time.
