Job description

We are seeking a welcoming and service-oriented Guest Experience Expert Front Office to join our hospitality team in the UAE. This role delivers exceptional front desk service, enhancing the overall guest journey from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

  1. Greet guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  2. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
  3. Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments for guest needs.
  4. Process payments, reservations, and room changes accurately.
  5. Provide information about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.
  6. Ensure smooth communication through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  8. Uphold company policies, procedures, and quality service standards.
  9. Assist with VIP guest experiences and special requests.
  10. Handle guest feedback and escalate unresolved issues to management.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
  2. Minimum 2-4 years of front office or guest service experience.
  3. Proficient in PMS (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and MS Office.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an asset.
  6. Well-groomed, courteous, and customer-focused.
  7. Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts.
  8. Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards and service protocols.
