Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Provide recommendations and assist with dining, transportation, events, etc.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions to assist guests
• Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable
• Monitor guest feedback and report issues to the appropriate department
